Omniva’s self-service was initially only for sending parcels and choosing your preferred parcel machine. Over time, the application was extended to include parcel tracking and other features.

The UI design was originally done by Velvet.

My contributions

Design of the user interface of the information system based on the analysed information architecture and workflow description, including prototyping and user testing.
